Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, services and online store operated by Matrabhoomi ("Matrabhoomi", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy). Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (for example, due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud).

  • Prices shown on the Site are in INR and may change without prior notice. Errors in pricing or product descriptions may be corrected by us.

  • Payment is processed by our selected payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

  • If an order is cancelled by us, we will refund any payment received for that order in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping, delivery timelines and charges (if any) are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy available on the Site. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to location, courier performance, public holidays, weather or other factors outside our control.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Product Information & Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately (including images), but we do not guarantee that your device’s display will be an exact representation of colors.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • Harvest or collect personal data of other users;

  • Interfere with the security or functioning of the Site;

    We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse access for unacceptable behavior or breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATR BHOOMI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED.

  • OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS OR INR 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND RUPEES), WHICHEVER IS LOWER.
