  • Once an order is confirmed, Matrabhoomi does not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds.

  • Because our products are consumable, unpacked items cannot be accepted back for safety reasons.

  • Order cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.

Damaged Product Received

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it.

If any item is missing from your shipment:
