  • If a product is temporarily out of stock or requires fresh production, dispatch may take up to 7–10 working days. You will be informed in such cases.

Delivery Time

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–7 days

  • Remote areas: 5–9 days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control such as weather issues, strikes, operational delays, or holiday rush.

  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or unreachable contact number, the package may be returned to us.

Order Cancellation by Matrabhoomi

Matrabhoomi reserves the right to cancel an order within 48 hours of receiving it, under circumstances such as:

  • Invalid or incomplete address

  • Payment issues

  • Operational constraints

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
